Bad treatment by Operation Manager.

I came to gym as usual in the afternoon,i locked my gym bag in a change room,and after my session i went back to the change room and found my locker opened and my gym bag gone with my car keys and membership card and other staff. I went to report the incidence and took the statement with some very helpful and concerned gym staff. And i asked to see the person in charge and they refered me to the Gym Manager who came and showed no concern.And the next day i went to see the same gentleman(Gym Manager) to come and officially report the whole incident and try to get my new membership card.After some misunderstanding, he told me to cancel membership and how in his power can help me to quickly do the cancellation,and he furthermore said that he does not even believe my report.\I AM SO DISSAPPOINTED AND EVEN LOST INTEREST TO GYM WITH ZONEFITNESS".
