Bad service and poor managed

I joined the gym when it opened in August,the receptionist there(Sara)/is so rude,when you go to the bathroom you have to ask for toilet paper,the showers have not been working for 2 weeks now and the have the nerve to say its our pubic hair that's blocking it,the manager doesn't have people management s****s,she has never attended to any complaint we put to her attention,,I want to cancelled my contract and I'm told to any 60%,why should I pay for something that's not working for me?
