Bad service

Very bad service form tarryn watergate zone fitness I requested for a freeze on my account she failed to submit my freezing I was on month to month when I request to cancel they state that I must pay 1000 this is ridiculous please stay away from this gym there are alot of hidden details that is not explained very bad gym and bad service rece from tarryn!!!
