Bad service

Very service at zoo e fitness mitchells plain I went to pay them today for the months the gym was closed no they even wanna let me pay for month of October where as my membership finished end of july and their service is pathetic when it comes to customer service. Thwy very quick to sign you up bit when it comes to queries they not very helpful. Please tell me where to lay an complain against the person who deals with their accounts and payments.
