Bad Service

I paid a pre paid amount of R1080 per month for 12 sessions of personal training at Life Centre branch. I was advised that I DO NOT have to sign a fixed term contract with the branch. After 5 sessions in March I was denied access to the gym. I was asked to either sign a contract or leave immediately. I then asked for a refund on the unused portion of my payment to the branch and was refused. (I have receipts from Zone Fitness) So, I was not allowed to continue with my sessions and I was also not allowed to get my money back. I had also paid the same amount in February and completed all 12 sessions with the trainer. The sales manager, Tumelo was rude, abrasive and very aggressive. I would like a refund on the remaining unused portion of my payment. I will not be signing a contract with your gym because of the bad attitude received from the sales manager.
