Bad service

So today I recieved a call from a company saying I owe zone fitness R5000 and odd rand because my account is in arrears and I have been handed over. 1stly when the pandemic covid19 started I have contacted zone fitness to either freeze my account or cancel my account but up untill today no one from zone fitness contacted me or even emailed me.. Nowhere on their website is ther even contact details or even an email address nothing. A year later they telling me I owe them 5000 and some odds Rands. Again they have been taking money from my account but they did not rend a service during the lock down period. Really bad service
