Bad service

<p>I started my contract with Zone Fitness St Georges Mall,Cape Town on the 14/07/2014,paid R100 and my deibit order would start on the 1/08/2014.My last debit order for my contract should have been on the 1/07/2016,but after checking my bank statement the deducted for 3 months after that,I contacted them on the website,on which they got back me,I spoke with the most rudest person I have met by the name of Najemeya Jacobs from the gym,who explained to me that if i don't inform them that i want tocancle my membership,it will go on a month to month contract,and i told her that no informed me about my contract coming to an end,she says an sms was sent,according to me,after an sms has been sent,a follow up must be done,but nothing of the sort,she also went on to tell me about unpaid debit orders of 2015,i advised her that even if i did have unpaid debit orders,they would have debited my account once there was money in it,as they have done before.i have sent a request for them to cancel my memebership on their website as she had the decensy to tell me that it would be ********* of me if i didn't,all i want is my money back for the 3 extra months they deducted from my bank account,as i only authorised for them to deduct for 24months,and nothing more,and the only time i received any notification from them regarding going to a month to month contract as per the screen shot from Najemeya Jacobs was a promotion sms,that gets sent out to all their customers,it was not specific to my account</p>
