Bad Service

My name is Bongane Malele I have a Membership with Zonefitness gym Acadia centre Pretoia ,right now im totally disappointed with the service I've been receiving from the gym, some staff (not all of them) seriously have bad attitude when it comes to providing service to us as members, I understand I have to produce or use my membership card when checking in at the gym but when you do not have the card with you they treat me like im not a regular member ,Its not like I don't produce my card everyday,im a human being sometimes I do forget but the way they make me feel like I do not belong to the gym.....I chose Fitness zone because I loved the facilities but some staff members are really treating me bad, sometimes you are in the change room they will even swith off the lights while we are changing telling us they are closing,we are adults we know the gym closes at 21:00 but we still deserve some respect while in the change room....I love Zonefitness but please address this...Please note that its not all staff members, some staff members are friendly and nice to us.
