Bad Experience

Horrible. I joined zone fitness in November 2014 and only attended a few times, but that's not the point, they debited for two years. However before the end of the contract around September my colleague and i decided to go and inquire as to when we can cancel the contract as the two years is about to end. The receptionist there told us to come back ten days prior to the ending of the contract which is what we did and were given a piece of paper to write our full names, ID number and the reason for cancellation in which i asked repeatedly that are they going to capture that information and was told that the Admin will capture them. Month end they debited in which it was supposed to be the last one, but then December the 31st they debited thereafter i reversed the debit knowing that they were not supposed to. April 2017 i received a call from their lawyers saying that i have to pay the outstanding of 657,98 and immediately i called the branch in Johannesburg and told them my story therefore i was referred to Tshepo who was introduced as the manager, but couldn't assist till today..... SO PEOPLE OUT THERE MUST BE CAREFUL AND NEVER SIGN UP WITH COMPANIES LIKE ZONE FITNESS BECAUSE WHAT HAPPENED WAS NEGLIGENT ON THEIR ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT.
