Bad customer service

I am so mad 😠 😡 at zonefitness they decided deduct R414 twice out of my account, when I went to inquire they are telling me that it will take a week to refund 😑 what an inconvenience they were quick to take my money but are not quick to refund it back 😒 what a disappointment and an inconvenience if I could I would rate it 0
