Bad club facilities, staff and management.

I have been a member for few years at the Brackenfell club, changed my membership to superclub.<br> I have recently cancelled my contract with Zone Fitness: My main reason was the facilities and hygiene of the Brackenfell Club. This was addressed numerous times, but nothing was done. I have seen people writing in the dirt on the tiles \clean me\" with their fingers while showering. That is how dirty that club is. Staff standing around not assisting properly by packing weights, Rather standing and playing around with their buddies that also gym there in the club.That was the reason for going to Virgin Active.When I cancelled my contract, one of the sales people saw my mother's number as next of kin on the system.She asked if she could contact her for a contract. I said NO. Well she started harassing my mother. So bad later my mom had to block her. There is evidence of all this.Now they don't want to cancel my contract because I am apparently 2 months in arrears. I will pay only 1 R250 instalment. They say its contract breach, but all these mentioned above is a breach also, because we need to be provided the best a clients, and this was not the case. Want to speak with someone higher. "
