Awful ,stressful and straining

<p>When I went to the gym with so much joy only to be turn away. Firstly they decided not to take they direct debit I was not aware until I was greeted by red screen to advise my account was in arrears this was some time last year I made arrangement and they let me in. It's been over two month not going if not 3 month each and every month they take the debit due to the experience I had I decided to find out what's going by sending them an email which is being dealt by Tanseem Davide. Due to month instalment leaving my bank everyone I figured everything is sorted but for all the humiliating days I felt there was something that can be done. Today as I am writing this I am on my way home after being sent away by Taseem Davide due to my account being in arrears and guess what they deducted once again this month. So much to have black card and a gym. I am so disappointed in the service. I am paying for gym I can't even go too used transport, wasted my time and paid for gym I can't even use but Zone fitness as my money. And what's worse for all this trouble all the care about is the Money in arrears do not care about the Money they have with them and have deducted and all this convenience cause they can't do anything at all.</p> <p>What an experience never been so ****ed , used and humiliated.</p>
