Arrogant & sloppy service
I posted on their Facebook page because Nichole Bartlet couldn't help, refused to help and give me indication how many months left on my contract! I was in contact with some arrogant rude idiot that doesn't know customer service who also didn't give me details of how long still left on the contract and who was also useless as their service normally is!! This person was too busy tuning me *** and wasn't interested in helping!! I was going to renew my contract but now they can go to hell!! They sucker people into contracts and one they got you there, then they couldn't give a **** but just see dollar signs!! People becareful of this concern!! Tanya ***
