arrangements made yet still being billed

Hi guys.

I have a membership with zonefitness. I have recently been asked to go assist in KZN for the company i work for. Things happened so quickly that i had to draw all my monies out of my bank account to accomadate me. On the 15th September i received an sms reminding me to pay my account by the 17th as i am in arrears or contact them. I did so and made the arrangements to pay the membership by month end when i am back in cape town to which the lady i spoke to agreed. Today i checked my bank account to ensure that nothing funny has happened and strangely enough zonefitness tried to do the debit order the 15th and not even the 17th pushing my bank account further into a negative balance affecting my credit scoring for future purpose even more. I also have to pay the bank fees and yet they demanding their moneis even though an arrangement has been put in place. I deeply feel that the monies either that i habe to pay to the bank be covered by zonefitness as i had doney part.
