Appalling treatment from Zone Fitness staff

I cancelled my membership and paid 600.00 as per the lady that was assisting me. She gave me a receipt as proof that my membership is cancelled. Today I get an sms to pay 205 for a month subscription. I call to enquire and I'm being transferred from pillar to post and no one wants to help ,the last lady named Jacqui was very rude and she was shouting and finally dropped the call on me . The lack of professionalism and curteousy to their client is appalling. Definitely wouldnt recommend anyone to join zone fitness
