Appalling Service Zone Fitness Lenasia (Nissan Pillay)

I had cancelled my membership last year, after numerous emails to a Nissan Pillay( Lenasia Gym) and zone fitness head office to get an amount to pay, I have had no luck. I have been emailing Nissan for the past 6 months with no response. Now i received a called from Lawyers to say that my account has been handed over. How does an account get handed over when I have been trying to sort this out for 6 months.These gym's think they have the right to do anything they feel, they feel they can take advantage of there customers, this needs to stop now.
