Appalling service, my actual rating is negative 5

<p> I signed up for a membership with one of those promoting consultants at St George's mall. I then realised that I did not like the length of the contract and wanted to cancel in exchange for 12 months instead of 24. I then went to rondebosch zone fitness as I was at school and it was the last day of my cooling off period and requested for a cancellation. I was promised that this will be hassle free and convinced to sign for another 24 months contract that was cheaper than the one I was requesting to cancel. I paid a joining fee again even though I had paid one with the membership I was trying to cancel. I then asked about my refund for the joining fee I had paid on my initial contract and was told that I would receive this in St George's as I had signed up there and they would send my details to them for the refund. It's been 15 days and I haven't received a refund of my cancellation. I don't even wish to use the membership I now have as I feel that zone fitness does not respect me and has no levels when it comes to pleasing the customer . I infact wish to cancel both my memberships now. I don't even care about the sign up fee refund as long as I don't deal with them anymore. </p>
