Appalling Service from Zonefitness Bellville

I have been using Zonefitness Brackenfell for over 10 years until they closed down in February 2021. Most members opted to join Virgin Active. However I was happy with the services and the atmosphere that the Brackenfell Club provided. So I decided to retain my membership and use their Bellville Club. That was my biggest mistake. That place is so untidy and disorganised. There is dirt all over the show, unracked weights everywhere....You end up using most of your training time either kicking the wad of papers away from the exercise area or looking for weights to use. They have so many unnecessary duplication of the exercise machine while essential machines are decommissioned. This is not helped by their rude and arrogant manager, it's appalling. Their manager is so *********, unprofessional, rude and arrogant. No wonder their services is in the pits. No customer care nor professional courtesy . You would swear she is doing us as the clients a favour in using this club. This has rubbed off to some of their original staff members. Feeling of entitlement. The relationship between Zonefitness and I is that of a commerce of relationships. For the monthly gym fee I pay, I absolutel get nothing in return as it stands.
