Appalling Service

I am disgusted, appalled at the lack of proper service and lack of proper communication from this particular entity. I am sick to my stomach at the lack of proper protocols and procedures when approaching customers. The front desk at Rondebosch, St Georges Mall and Hatfield. Absolutely disgraceful. Not at all courteous when dealing with customers.
