Appalling Customer Service at Willow Bridge Mall Zone Fitness

Since it is school holidays my daughter of 13 went to the gym with my wife. Did not want to allow my daughter in the gym and said she must wait outside???? My wife asked if she can wait in the lounge at reception and was refused also. My daughter had to wait in the car. Wrote to management about the bad experience and she could not care - referred to company policy. Just the way Zone Fitness frontline staff handled the situation was appalling. I would be out of business if my staff handled customers the same way.
