Appaling service

<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great digust that i write this review on Zone fitness. I had a gym membership at Green point and in February i started working at Sanlam head office and i then requesed to be transfered to te Bellville branch. I also requested that my mode of payment be change to stop order as Sanlam hea office employees receive a discount. This request was made in February 2016 and to date i was never transfered. I ahve since been calling to Zone fitness an sent numerous emails for the stop order payment to be implemented an it was never done. They later told me they stopped the debit prder payments as i blocked them from the bank which is not true. I have sent countless email so greenpoint an bellville but no one will take responsibilty for this mess. Today i went to see the operations manager at Bellville branchMark, he gave no assitance whatsoever but said"he doesnt deal with that" he reffered me to the rudest person ive ever met Chandre Prins who told me it was not her Problem an greenpoint had to sort it out. She spoke to me in the most condoscending manner and later walked away was speaking to her. She spoke to me in this manner in the presence of Mark who did not reprimand her. Iam beyond disgusted by the Beville banch and will make sure u lose business with sanlam employees. We are providing business to you yet our employees are treated like *******. I wand feedback no alter than Wednesday!!!! I will be send a complaint to our executives as well. You people are disgusting. </p>
