APALLED AND DISHEARTENED

The manager at the Rondebosch branch was so rude when we asked him what Zone Fitness plans to do about the recurring theft of people's belongings and he plainly said there is nothing he can do and we shouldn't bring our valuables to the gym, after going back and forth with him he said he doesn't care and that we should take it to the head office.

Their negligence is concerning because the theft there is so high and it keeps continuing. He said and I quote, " this happens in every gym" That I feel is no excuse or justification for them not following up and coming up with ways to MITIGATE the risks that they are facing.
