annoyed by zone fitness

im so disappointed with this company... my son app**** for a gym application in San Arcadia pretoria then the following day after the application he canceled cause he was relocating due to job... the fitness zone consultant called me to confirn the application i personally answered the phone cause he was using my phone number on the application.. i explained to the consultant that application must be canceled cause my son is relocating somewhere... she agreed after a few day or a week another consultant called i explained and she told thatbwsje will excalated it to their office or whatever.. to be canceled... after few week they called again.. same explanation as the previous 2...now they busy deducting into his account costing lots od bank charges... and threaten him with legal action... i even ask their admin to go back to their telephone records and listen to all conversations that went out from the day he app**** for gym... kindly assist ne with this company.. even nkw they busy deducting as we speak
