Ambush young students to sign contracts

My son was 1st year last year & were ambush by a sales guy to sign a contract but never explained to them about breaching the contract etc. now his account was handed over. And he has a bad credit score at the momement because you are targeting young adults'. His 1st payment went of with pocket money I send him.

This is not right
