ALL THEY WANT IS A SIGNATURE AND YOU VALUABLE OTHER THAN THAT ITS **** YOU FROM THEIR SIDE...IM DISGUSTED AMD ****ED AT THE SAME TIME

I am writing this email for the second time amoungst many other things I have done prior to this.Just to give you an idea of what I have been going through in summary: In February this year I was retrenched and called in to freeze my accounts for three months submitted my UIF Form as well as retrenchment letter as given instruction to do so however I found that it was only frozen for a month then I had a whole back and forth from consultant Lauren to other consultants all promising to assist me yet nobody came back to me. When I found employment I called in to inform I can now continue payment however it was no a situation to catch up on payments because regardless all the stuff I needed to do and submit nothing came from it. Early in October I called in to find out what I should do and was informed to make payment before 20th October and I would then be able to avoid this step being taken so I go into the branch and the ask me what I can afford instead of what I need to pay to avoid this step also got banking details for him to setup debit orders to go off however nothing happens about that and on that day I made payments on both accounts. My question now is after doing all this and all the back and forth for the past few months and following through on instructions what is zone fitness going to do about the staff neglecting to follow through with promises and instructions given that could have been avoided or been more afforable to catch up with if they did what was asked or even simply called me back when they said they would. I have spent so much time emailing, calling , walking to get documents and still a negative result. (I STILL HAVE ALL TRAIL EVIDENCE AS WELL) What will be done about this ????? Because of ZONEFITNESS STAFF NEGLIGENCE I ended up in this mess!!
