After being a customer for a decade they treat you like this!

After being with them for almost a decade, and having to leave to goto another gym because they can not offer a service, they now want to charge me a ridiculous cancelation fee! Do you really think customers will return to you when you act this way? Says a family business well you sure dont treat your customers like family, else if you do that is a shocking way to treat family or people!
