Activating Accounts Without consent

So they had a promotion at Shoprite in extension5 a while agent my husband wanted to sign up but never had his banking details. then the next thing their consultant comes to our house looking for him he told her he doesn't have his banking details she leave. A while later they debit his account we didn't really take note of it then yesterday we receive an email from a debt company stating we owe ZONE FITNESS R4771.69 for an outstanding qccount I contacted them the manager said he'll look into it will call me back in half an hour that was yesterday half pass2 guess what its a day later and still no call from the MANAGER somy question is how many other clients accounts was activated without their consent they should train their staff properly in the line I work activating a clients policy without consent is ***** as well as breaching the code TCF treating clients fairly where is the fairness in that???so now who the hell must pay that account that the agent activated? also now his blaclisted because of a ***** account?...
