Access refused

I have just been refused access to the gym. I misplaced my card this morning, but I am now told they have a new rule that u cannot access without a card. This is not the first time I misplaced my card, but I was allowed access the other times. If there were rule changes in the past month, how am I supposed to know if it is not communicated? I could not gym due to work commitments, and upon my return to gym, I am chased away like a dog. When I want to buy a NEW card, which costs R50, I am told there are currently no cards available. This is really unacceptable. I have never missed a payment, yet I get treated like this. Pathetic. I dont want to gym here anymore.
