A so called gym

I have been complaining for a year that the 2 accounts I have registered on to my sister and friends name but nothing has been done and now I'm am in arrears with this stupid gym and it's not my fault!!!

Absolutely disgusted with this service and I would like to take steps further with this so called gym!!
