2 years dealing with the same problem and the fat.

I had a few months left but decided to cancel. Paid out the 60% fee. Few months later my bank says i have a bad credit record i still owe zone money. I go to them i talk to the fat lady with the bad attitude. I feel like im not getting assisted. The other day i go there explain my story. They give me a letter of payment. They call the fat lady. Again she comes with an attitude. I think she was proberbly eating. She just says i must ignore everything and the sms es. I still recieve sms until now. I have encounted alot of difficulties over this nonsense. I didnt even get a sorry. They wont say we give u a complementary membership to compensate for everything i amb going through. But when they want u as a customer they the best and sweetest ppl. They treat a person like this because they get away with it. My payment letter says account cancelled. But then it also says account mannually activated again. Now i will get a sorry sorry sorry again. That sorry dont help me at all
