13 days and still no transfer

<p>I have been trying to transfer from the Zone Fitness Rondebosch to Zone Fitness Cobble Walk. When I went to the Cobble walk branch I was told I cant transfer to that branch unless I renew my contract. Upon speaking to other members of different branches they said this was not the case with them. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager that was helping me and just doesnt get back to me. I pay my membership every month and I dont get to gym because I live to far from my previous gym. I have been trying to transfer since the 1st of September and still no contact from them. I have emailed a complaint to them and they just ignore me. Is this how you treat loyal members? And then to top it all off the manager has time to invite me on Facebook but he can't sort out my transfer? I think it's quite ridiculous!</p>
