0/10. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

When we signed up, we were explained that in order to cancel you'll have to pay 10% of the remaining months of the contract. Which is all good and well, because we currently pay R199 per month and have 15 installments left to pay. So in my understanding we should pay 10% of the 15 remaining installments. Not according to the branch. They've quoted me R3500 to cancel my membership of 2 members. I'm so confused as to how they got this amount. No one explains anything. Make it make sense as to how these people chop and change their stories! They ***** you into signing that contract and then you left to sit with this headache afterwards! WORST GYM EVER. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
