worst customer care on earth, you would think they assume you have all the time in the world, I have been waiting for 32 minutes just to get a customer attendant on the phone to assist, whether they are short staffed or intentionally frustrating customers into hanging up, they have a lot of work to do. its unfortunate they are the only reliable fibre internet service provider, the second any other player enters this market, Zol can consider me a lost client!!!!
