Unreliable and Unprofessional—Avoid at All Costs!

Shocking service! I booked an appointment for them to clean an item, they confirmed the booking and time. I rearranged my entire day to fit their schedule, only for them to not show up and then completely ghost me. When I called, they answered and immediately hung up, then switched to voicemail and never responded again. Absolutely unprofessional—don’t waste your time or money on them!
