They are complete ****mers. After agreeing to clean my mattress, they let it soaking wet saying it would be dry in 3 hours. After the weekend of fans running and windows open, it was still wet. It left a mildew smell that stank up the whole house. I complained and they ghosted me until I commented on a post and said they would sort it out. They said they would come the following Saturday but then ghosted me again. I have had to then hire another company to clean up their mess
