Unwanted Stock

I have come into a situation where we received unwanted stock from Zidtal. After further investigation it was found that the staff in our store were the one's that was wrong to order it and i was assisted in a very helpful manner to resolved the issue. I would advise making sure your staff are aware of who is allowed to order toner etc.
