Huge misunderstanding.

Last year this company contacted me and offered me printer cartridges. I accepted as I'm always looking for better prices on printer cartridges. I received my cartridges and paid for it but was not happy with the quality so I asked them to take me off their contact list. To my surprise I received another package from them. Only to realize that they did phone me, but the line was quite bad and I couldn't hear clearly from where the person is phoning and I didn't ask more questions and just said ok when he said my goods will be delivered to me. My own fault for not ensuring who I'm speaking to. So I received this package and of course they refused to collect it from me. After a huge fight I finally got a call from Tarryn who was very friendly and helpful and she assisted me in getting this mess sorted out. If I refused the cartridges when they phoned me to inform me of delivery I could have stopped it there and then.
