Product Misrepresentation – Zestura Vital Aura Knee Cap Guard

I ordered two knee guards from Zestura Vital Aura for R840 after watching a video that promised a purposeful product to support the kneecap and relieve knee pain. Unfortunately, the product I received is completely different from what was advertised.

The material is flimsy and unsupportive, and the design is so poor that the knee guard slips down the leg while walking, making it totally ineffective. It does not hold the kneecap in place as claimed, and offers no support whatsoever – which is especially concerning since this was purchased for a serious health issue.

We immediately requested a refund, but were told that no returns are allowed due to hygiene reasons. This is unacceptable when the product is not as described and fails to perform its promised function. This feels like a deliberate ****, especially when scaled – selling thousands of these defective products across South Africa could mean millions made under false pretenses.

This is not about sizing or preference – this is about a product that does not work as advertised. I feel strongly that this should be investigated and that others should be warned. Zestura Vital Aura should take responsibility for misleading advertising and provide refunds for faulty or misrepresented products.
