Zestlife stalling payout
I submitted a claim to Zestlife for items to the value of R82,000. I keep sending them the documents but they keep saying I need to send a breakdown of the items laid by the medical aid. I have contacted Gems repeatedly and they say the statement they send fcibtaibs the breakdown. Ok gave sent this statement of Zestlife but they are not accepting it. I don't know what to do anymore. I need assistance.
