I recently had an op and the majority of money not paid by Discovery was covered by Zestlife
I recently had an op and the majority of money not paid by Discovery was covered by Zestlife. My broker noted the discrepancy - hospital put wrong codes on invoice. Waiting for code to be sorted and hopefully I will receive the balance. Thank you for your help with my claim. Much appreciated

On requesting documents for claiming my recent procedure they were forwarded to me within 24hrs
On requesting documents for claiming my recent procedure they were forwarded to me within 24hrs. Submitting the completed claim documents together with the requested invoices was trouble free. Finalisation was within a week with understandable explanatory notes. A very professional experience.
