Zestlife gapcover stay away!!!! Time to claim is a nightmare!!
Please stay away from this gap cover. My mother has been paying for many many years. Unfortunately when it's time to use this service there are delaying tactics, they request for documents we send it but they always got something or the other to say... Invoking 3rd party agents who are just as useless, sending more documents to be filled out only to be told they sent the incorrect documents. Getting them to pay it's extremely difficult it's been about 3 months and the hospital hasn't been paid.. Please don't fall for this **** of a gap cover.... I personally have used other gap covers and the process was so pleasant.
