Red taping to avoid payment of simple gap process seems to be the order of the day.

I can assure you that we do have a standard process for Gap claims and the requirements are clearly listed in the claim form and in the guide how to claim. Our aim is to pay claims which are valid per the terms and conditions of the policy.
