When last did I climb on a scale ,really?

An agent from Zest Life phoned today to market credit protection . She asked me how much a weigh and when last I climb on a scale wich was very insulting. I told her I do not remember and that she cannot continue without this information . I told her sarcastically that she must then phone me back on Monday perhaps I would have found a scale over the weekend .I understand there is information that is required but some tack is necessary when dealing with people. Rather never phone me again .
