The process to apply and submit a claim is very efficient
The process to apply and submit a claim is very efficient. The guidelines are straight forward for ease of completing the claim. Once submitted a reference number was soon provides via email and SMS. Also received regular updates. The claim was processed within a very reasonable turnaround time. Excellent experience
