The only problem i have with Zestlife is that we need to pay our claims 1st before they can refund you. The whole point of taking a GAP cover is for the cover to assist you when medical bills are not covered by the medical aid. Who has thousands of Rands lying around? Definitely and me! I would of rather found a Gap cover that pays the short falls directly to the doctors or hospitals.
