Terrible service, do not use

Absolutely worthless Gap Cover. Pays out nothing, and the office is even worse. They keep asking me to send forms I submitted weeks ago. I am absolutely appalled at how *********** and disorganized this company is. I've been asked THREE TIMES to send the same form. I literally reply to their email with the requested form, only to get another email asking me to submit the SAME DAMN FORM AGAIN.
