Sold a lie

I am very disappointed in Zest life, been paying since I bought my car, the agent that sold me the plan told me I would be covered should I be retrenched! Calls should be recorded it's on the call, however I called them since I'm not retrenched and only to be told they will not cover me, that's the main reason I took the plan incase of such, I'm distorted and disappointed, my money just went down the drain with no assistance. This is disappointing!! You sold me a lie!!!
