Slow to attend to requests made
Been a client/member since 2024, however want to cancel my cover due to joining the one of my employer sent a request since last week Wednesday and I called yesterday but seems no one is attending to my request. why does it have to take so long. Usually they are quick to attend to queries but now its worse
