Poor service
I Went over from a Dental insurer to Zest life. According to my knowledge there is not suppose to be waiting periods. I visited a dentsit paid my accoumnt there . When i tried to claim back the money it was a tiring process of e mails going forward and back from Zest life... at the end of the day after 6 weeks or more a letter that it wat during my waiting period. I would not recomend Zest life insurance dental plan for any one.

The Dental policy does have waiting periods for certain of the benefits. If you continued cover from another policy which offered the same benefits then the balance of the waiting periods apply.
