NO RESPONSE

I'm having endless problems with Zest. This is not the first time that my mails are completely ignored. I sent an email on the 13th of February, no response. Sent another query on the 21st of Feb and yet again no response. Maybe I should just skip a payment and see whether I get a response then. GAP **********
